Ocklawaha, FL
Bill was born November 25, 1929 in Chester County, PA and passed away December 28, 2017 at his home. Bill was the son of Horace and May Heald.
He is survived by his wife Marlene Heald of Ocklawaha, FL., his son Joseph (Annette) Heald of Wilmington, DE, his granddaughters Sarah and Jamie, a great grandson Brett and great granddaughters Rosolyn and Bernadette, and his brother John (Barbara) of Landenberg, PA. He was predeceased by his parents, his brother Horace and his son Michael.
Bill graduated from Kennett High School and attended Goldey Beacom Business School. He served two years in the US Army. He spent most of his working career driving trucks first hauling milk from farms to dairy processing plants and towards the end of his career delivering fire engines from the manufacturer to fire houses all over the country. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge. Wherever he went and whatever he did he made people happy. He respected and enjoyed everyone.
His family and friends will greatly miss him.
William will be buried in the Union Hill Cemetery in Kennett Square, PA
